Safety and efficacy are paramount at Supernal, and we are honored that many of our pregnant and nursing customers continue to use our products in their regimen. As every journey is unique, we always recommend discussing your skincare product selections with your healthcare provider to make sure the ingredients and modalities align with your pregnancy care plan.

We offer complimentary shipping via USPS or UPS on all orders, which are processed within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 days after receiving tracking confirmation.

As of now, we can only ship directly to US addresses, but please sign up for our newsletter to keep up to date on international shipping availability.

While we hope you love your Supernal order, due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted products, we do not offer returns at this time. Please email hello@supernal.co as we are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to, or after purchase. In the event your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please email hello@supernal.co with your order number and description of the damage upon receipt of your package.

Each component of your Supernal product is 100% recyclable however, depending upon your local curbside recycling program, it may not be possible to recycle the smaller components. The dropper, which is composed of a nitrile tip, glass pipette, and plastic collar, may not ultimately make it to recycling due to their small size. In the event that your local recycling program doesn’t accept small components, we recommend cleaning out your glass bottle first (this component is recycleable), then disposing of the cap and dropper in your regular bin. We also encourage you to reuse or repurpose your Supernal empties. Our glass bottles make for beautiful bud vases.

Cosmic Glow Oil has been stability tested to UK/EU standards and has a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend that you use your oil within 6 months of opening and store it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Over time, you may notice some slight separation or natural sediment, which is completely normal and characteristic of cold-pressed oils. If this occurs, simply shake to reintegrate.

We recommend that you store your oil in a room temperature to cool, dry place, and out of direct sunlight. Extreme cold temperatures may result in the coagulation of oil fat molecules and a cloudy appearance which is characteristic to some of our ingredients such as Baobab Seed Oil.

Illumine has been stability tested to UK/EU standards and has a shelf life of 24 months. We recommend that you use your oil serum within 6 months of opening and store it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.

Illumine is an oil-based, waterless formulation created to help treat skin concerns with potent natural actives such as Bakuchiol and Licorice Root Extract, while also nourishing and soothing skin.
